The challenge
The Norwegian Nurses Organisation (NSF) is the country’s largest trade union for nurses, with tens of thousands of members spread across professional groups, local chapters and union representatives. The course portfolio is broad — from clinical continuing education to multi-session shop-steward training — and 35 internal units need to publish courses to their own audiences without stepping on each other.

The solution
NSF runs its entire course and continuing-education operation on AlonLearn — from invitations, registration and payment through to certificates and reporting. 350 administrators across 35 internal units publish courses to their own member groups thanks to per-group permissions. Shop-steward training is built as learning paths combining e-learning, webinars and physical gatherings with shared tracking and a single certificate of completion.
