The story of Already On begins in 2007 as a spin-off from Computerland Norge, which in turn sprang from ProffNett. From the start, the goal was clear: to deliver cloud services – which inspired the name Already On, a symbol of our always being “on” and available in the cloud. Early on, we focused on developing services for course and conference registration, with the capacity to handle large numbers of participants. This focus naturally led us into competence development for individuals.
When the Covid-19 pandemic led to lockdowns, we seriously launched a push to digitize learning processes. We facilitated webinars and e-learning, making AO Læringsplattform a powerful tool for digital competence enhancement. Today, the platform is used by large organizations such as DFØ, the Norwegian Nurses' Association, and Quality Norway.
Within competence development and human capital, we now support large companies in mapping which competence areas are crucial for their competitiveness, and identify areas where they should invest more. Through advanced analyses, often supported by AI technology, we help shape the future competence within companies.
