You can use AO for many types of course content, and each is created and managed in different ways. Here are the types:

E-learning: E-learning content is designed in an authoring tool that stores the content in, for example, SCORM packages. You can develop courses in authoring tools yourself. For your subject areas, self-development is recommended. Already On can help with the actual production. You can buy general courses from course providers who deliver standard courses. By general courses we mean, for example, computer security, HSE, management, digital marketing, sales, sustainability, Agile project management, Lean and Microsoft Office. This type of course can be purchased as "semi-finished" or as "white labeled" and added as content in AO. We at Already On can help you with this.
Physical courses: Just like with e-learning courses, courses within your field will typically be something you use professionals from your own organization to deliver. For general courses, you can hire external speakers. If you need help finding external course speakers, we can help you put together good course packages from reputable course providers.
Video courses: Just like with e-learning courses, courses within your field of study will typically be something you use professionals from your own organization to conduct. If you need a studio and consulting for film and audio, you can rent Already On's studio in Lysaker and get help from our professionals. For general courses, you can hire external speakers. If you need help finding external course speakers, we can help you put together good course packages from reputable course providers.
Streaming courses and meetings: Just like with e-learning courses, streaming courses within your field will typically be something you use professionals from your own organization to conduct. Already On has a studio in Lysaker that is set up for online seminars and webinars. You can also hire a program manager and technicians to conduct the streaming.
Podcasts: Just like with e-learning courses, podcasts within your field will typically be something you use professionals from your own organization to implement, but preferably with a program manager that we at Already On provide.
